Evan Riggs
Operations & external affairs in think tanks and media.
I run operations for a policy nonprofit in Washington, DC, after years in think tanks and civil-society organizations on both sides of the Atlantic. I build the machinery behind ideas: publications, podcasts, fellowships, websites, and the systems that hold them together.
I also consult independently for individuals and institutions on communications, operations, and growth.
